Is Commercial Building Services licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes. Commercial Building Services is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We provide general liability insurance, workmen’s comp insurance, and fidelity bonding for all employees.
Can you stock our facility with, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.?
Yes. We can supply and restock your company with paper products, soaps, hygiene products, liners, air fresheners, and other consumable products.
What type of people do you hire?
We are VERY selective in our hiring process. We only hire reliable people with strong work ethics. We require all employees to be drug-free and have a clean criminal record. We treat our employees well and most have been with us for many years.
Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
We typically provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies. If you’d like us to use your equipment or supplies we would be happy to do that as well.
What time can my building be cleaned?
We can provide service 24 hours a day. We will clean your property at whatever time is most convenient for you.
Are your employees uniformed?
Yes. Any cleaning person that works during business hours will be uniformed. Nighttime cleaners are uniformed upon request.
What will the service contract look like?
Contracts vary, but we typically write service contracts for one year with service continuing on a month-to-month basis thereafter. Both parties have the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days written notice.
